The bus represents the Cosmic journey that you are about to embark on. It will take you to the Holy Land of
Albuquerque.
Throughout history, the bus has been a symbol of the spiritual quest. The Who sing about "The Magic Bus," the Beatles took a
bus to go on their "Magical Mystery Tour," the Manson Family drove a black bus from San Francisco to Los Angeles, Jim Morrison sings
about taking the bus in "The End," and the Merry Pranksters took their bus which read "Further" all over the United States.
These are all different permutations of the Partridge Family Bus.
The Partridge Bus reads "Nearer" for it is going nearer and nearer to Albuquereque.
What do you think Spike Lee meant with his film "Get on the Bus." That's right! The Partridge Family Bus. This is
why he even
alludes to The Partridge Family in his film when someone calls Richard Belzer's character Ruben Kinkaid.
The pattern on the bus is both psychedelic with its multi colored aspects as
well as ordered with its rigid box-like structure. Each color is symbolic and represents all of the so-called races: yellow, red, white, black,
and blue. The blue race is an alien race. Many think that they are from another planet,
but in Reality they are actually from our planet yet from a different dimension.
The blue gods that you see in paintings at Hare Krishna temples are examles of this phenomenon.
The High Priests and Priestesses of the Temple are called Busdrivers.
You're either a busdriver or a passenger. Don't just be a passenger,
join the temple today and become a busdriver! You are either on the Partridge Family Bus or you are not on the
Partridge Family Bus. You decide!
